Do you need therapy?

This title may seem like a silly question, as for most it is self-evident if you need therapy or not, yet there are many who are “on the fence” as to whether or not therapy could be helpful or needed, and still feel ashamed at the thought of going to see a therapist. Over the last 30 years, however, therapy has become more accepted in our society, and is not as stigmatizing as it once used to be. Thus more people are willing to seek out therapy than ever before. I found a short quiz to assess if you need therapy or not. Give it a try if you want.
